Wheaton Precious Metals is operated by less than 40 employees across two offices. Our dedicated team works to ensure that we deliver value through streaming to our shareholders and partner mine owners. By establishing a culture of innovation, employee engagement, and respect for the environment and communities, we have the ability to continue delivering shareholder value while also making a positive impact where we operate.
Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (“Code”) is a single point of reference to be followed by Wheaton Precious Metals’ employees, officers, and directors. The Code provides a fuller understanding of our ethical policies and procedures, and provides a framework of guiding principles.
At Wheaton Precious Metals, we integrate and promote health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement into our employee culture. We encourage our employees to pursue advanced education, training or other professional development activities. Through the Company’s Training and Continuing Education program, employees can submit a formal request for financial assistance to their supervisors. In addition, Wheaton actively promotes opportunities for professional development for all employees through regular workshops and programs.
