Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (“Code”) is a single point of reference to be followed by Wheaton Precious Metals’ employees, officers, and directors. The Code provides a fuller understanding of our ethical policies and procedures, and provides a framework of guiding principles.

At Wheaton Precious Metals, we integrate and promote health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement into our employee culture. We encourage our employees to pursue advanced education, training or other professional development activities. Through the Company’s Training and Continuing Education program, employees can submit a formal request for financial assistance to their supervisors. In addition, Wheaton actively promotes opportunities for professional development for all employees through regular workshops and programs.
