Project Overview

The Spring Valley Project is located on the eastern slope of the Humboldt Range in Pershing County, Nevada, with direct road access via approximately 20 miles of paved highway and dirt roads from the town of Lovelock, which lies to the southwest. The project is set to be a large-scale open-pit operation with a projected mine life exceeding 10 years. Spring Valley boasts 3.8 million ounces of proven and probable gold reserves and aims to produce an average of over 300,000 ounces annually.

Since consolidating 100% ownership of Spring Valley in 2015, Solidus has substantially de-risked the project through extensive technical work programs, including drilling, metallurgical testwork, hydrological studies, and geotechnical analyses.

The deposit itself is classified as a vein-hosted orogenic gold system, characterized by complex and variable mineralization primarily associated with quartz-bearing veins. Gold occurs as liberated gold and electrum, predominantly hosted in altered volcanic and volcaniclastic units from the Permian and Triassic periods. Mineralization at Spring Valley is controlled both stratigraphically and structurally, indicating a strong geological framework for sustained exploration and development.

With all major federal permits in place, the project is now entering the construction phase, marking a key milestone in its path toward first gold production in the first half of 2028.
